Ivan Ludlow

is active as an operatic soloist and actor at major venues throughout Europe, the US and Asia, including the Salzburg Festival, Opéra de Paris, La Monnaie, Ravinia Festival, Beijing Festival, with influential conductors such as Philip Jordan, Adam Fischer, Ludovic Morlot, and directors such as Peter Brook, Peter Sellars, Christoph Marthaler. As Artistic Director, consultant and programmer he has led an opera festival in Portugal and managed a number of chamber music series in the UK and Belgium as well as advising institutions and local government on talent and network development. Ivan is involved in the creation of a multi-disciplinary incubator in Singapore and is working on similar projects in several important cultural cities. Particularly interested in new works and new forms he has been a soloist in notable world premieres and ground-breaking adaptations.
